Shipping:
We ship across Australia using Aus Post. Standard domestic shipping takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping arrives within 2-4 business days.
Returns:
For faulty products, we offer refunds to your original payment method. If the product is faulty but wearable, you'll receive store credit. For change of mind returns, we offer store credit or exchanges only. Items must pass our quality control check to be eligible for returns. Items not meeting our standards will be sent back at your expense.
How to Return:
Email info@mandyactivewear.com.au to check return eligibility. Approved returns will receive an email with the return address.
Full Priced Items:
Returns within 14 days in original condition are eligible for store credit or refund. Store credits, sent via email, and refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return.
Final Sale and Discounted Items:
These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges:
For size or style exchanges, email info@mandyactivewear.com.au, return the item, and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers cover return postage, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Use trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for lost items.
Refund Policy:
